The beautiful surroundings of the Twins club in Bredene will be the ideal setting for a 5km long outdoor run, the ROXY way!

 

From high tides to high waves, we will run along the sea and through the dunes!

 

Remember to dress colourful, as we want to make it a shiny day.

    After the pre-noon running session and the opportunity to enjoy an healthy lunch break, we will fill the afternoong with a range of sporty workshops.

     

    From 1.30pm to 3.30pm you are invited to participate in different  SUP en GIANT-SUP (8pers) initiations!

     

    Your ideal chance to experience a characteristic part of ROXY's DNA in real life. Do not hesitate to join us for some North Sea paddle fun, even if you have no experience with SUP!

    Under the supervision of a professional YOGA teacher, we will round off the #RUNSUPYOGA day with a dynamic Yoga session on the beach of Bredene. Hence you will be able to kick off your week both mentally and fysically refreshed!

     

    ROXY will provide you with a healthy goodiebag, including a #RUNSUPYOGA towel.
